Tank tweezers?

Sometimes I see something like a stem on the bottom of my tank and I want to get it out, or I want to move something like a plant bulb or decoration, but I don't want to wash up, rinse like crazy, and put my entire arm in there. Is there such a thing as aquarium tweezers or tongs for that type of thing?
