what should i be stocking in my 3ft*18*15 tank am not interested in big fish?

Hello!

I am new to this hobby too, i have been recommend hardy fish, i started off with some rosy/phantom tetra's which are really beautifully coloured. I have just added some Rainbow fish, which are very lively. I was told you have to leave your tank to mature for the right bacteria to grow creating a good environment. Apparently, alot of the fish like plants too which brighten up the tank. There is a website which helps you create a community which can simulate your choices. It shows you the pictures and lots of information. Researching about the fish and choices is half the fun
