Tank Stocking

Would Ottos, Congo tetras and Cardinals live happily together in a heavily planted tank? 29 uk galls

They would all get along great, but I Congos get a little too big for a 29 gallon. Not in length, but because they are large schooling fish.

A bn or bulldog plec would workout nice.

Maybe a small shoal of glowlight tetras?
