tank size

im just starting up a new tank 32"(h) x 14"(w) x 18"(d) and im planning on keeping about 5-6 ottos, 8-10 neon tetra's, and was also planning on having 1 male and 1 female guppy and the first batch of fry swimming around my tank. would i have enough space for all these?[/FONT]

32x14x18/231= 40

40 gallon tank.

If your batch is small (10-20), you should be able to. However, the more fish you have the more you have to clean.

Also, if you were to keep all the fry from the first batch, you'd have a lot of fry afterwards. Therefore, I'd suggest only keeping the males and moving the female. You can create a dazzling tank with all male guppies, you know.
