Its a fairly long watch at 32 minutes but goes through the basics of setting up, planting and 'scaping a Fluval Roma 125 tank.
The "presenter" makes mention of the fishless cycle (cycling thread from this forum) but doesn't make much fuss about it. Personally (imho!) I think, and from what I gather on here, this is the best method for prepping the tank.
What I found most interesting about the video was the 5 minutes or so talking about the plants and how and why he removed them from the pots before planting them in the tank.
When I got my potted plants I just plonked them in the tank. Think I'll be doing something about that fairly quickly!
