I couldn't see the middle of the first photo; one thing is how much water do you have in it? If you want to raise the water you can buy small turtle docks (3-4" by about 8")from ZooMed (Tiny turtle docks); that way there will be land mass and plenty of swimming space. I recently bought the Tiny turtle dock for my newts; I got it from e-bay; it was cheaper to get it from American than England for me (I got it on e-bay because the shops didn't do the small one).

in my opinion it looks rather small, unless your only going for babies. Please note, this is just my opinion, but mine always differs from other peoples as im just picky lol!

But for adult, it could do with being larger...Ive seen many that are made out of just general wood, like a standard vivarium you get for ghecko's, beardies, snakes etc, and filled with either coconut husk or fine mud/peat/moss...depending on the species.

Whats done is some dry land, alot of the husk/mud thats been soaked, with a large tupperware type tub filled with the amount of water you need

that way the toad gets the best of all worlds...Another issue you need to think about is making sure there is enough humidity in the air

Have a look at this, these are widely used in the world of frogs and toads due to their ease of use, access, and security:
