Tank Lighting

I use Morena Peat extract, so I know it makes the water a little darker - but even so it is very dark in my aquarium. The water is clear, but seems dark.

I have an Arcadia 15W 18in tropical lamp in there at present. Any idea how to brighten things up?

Hi Rory the cat.
Im a newbie so not too knowledgable about these things,but i bought some light reflectors for my 2 tubes.
Its certainly brighter
They just clip over the tubes
