just used aquarium sealant to attach the cork.
Its the natural look cork and under the water it looks like a river bank with all the different colors and textures.

Also used cork to make the 3 different levels in the tank.

What is TOTM nominations?

It looks very nice and natural, I prefer natural to ones with ornaments in, they look so cheap and cheesy (no offence to ornament lovers).

Your tank looks great! I never thought about using cork for the background. It looks nice.

4ft.

got the cork just from bunnings.
it gives it a river bank type of look.
i have made 3 levels in the tank ( 4 including the ground) with cork which i cut into sections and then weeved together.

i think it gives it good depth.
based it on a dutch aquarium.

I like that idea....you may have allready said this....but are the tiles on the outside or the inside of the tank? I figured perhaps the inside since you used aquarium sealant....
