Will not be doing any more changes.
I am happy the way it is now.

Lush tank but just a suggestion, although it won't make any differnece to the tank how about putting the air pipe under the gravel upto the corner of the tank and then make it go up instead of it going diagonally like it is now ;)

Did try that but the air pipe is just not long enough.

Nice looking tank and :kewlpics:
As long as you have a bit of surface agitation then there really is no need for an airstone and it will look a lot more natural aswell. ;)

Airstones are a matter of preference and I find that an airstone does help to get a good water flow going and minimises problems from lack of oxygen when mediavting etc. My fish like them aswell :D

That's a groovy lookin' tank MartinB! I gotta agree the Dr. ( Oizo ) though, the tubing attracts the eye immediately and looks a bit out of place.

If it were my magnificent tank ( which it isn't, so feel free to ignore this one ), I'd just put the air stone right into the corner underneath the heater. ( I think that's the heater in the back left corner ? ) Will keep that tubing out of the way, and also help disperse the heat through the water.

All in all - great looking setup. Well done!

Is this better.
Thanks!! :)

Thanks for the nomination and for all the advice.

Also my fish do play in the bubbles from the air stone. :D

Glad to see the tank doing well!

Looks good!

Mines gone MAD (I've put some pictures up on here), anyway best of luck!

Thanks.
I had to take every thing out after you left.
To turn the tank around.
Had it the wrong way round.
