Tank Emergency

So tomorrow I'm going in for surgery and I wont be home for a week. I cleaned my powerhead out last week and used fresh water.. Well it turned all my coralline white and bleached. Now my shrooms are receding and my colony polyps are closed. There is an ammonia spike @ 1.0 What can I do tonight? I did a water change earlier today just because I wanted to do one before I went in. Any help would be great. Mind you all LFS stores are closed now..

Also not to mention some of the colony polyps have bleached from acclimation. They seemed to be comming back, but now the ones who remain are closed..

How big of a water change did you do?
1.0 is quite high... Did you test it after the change?

yes this is after doing a 20% water change... I am going to do a 50% soon, just waiting for the water to mix and heat up... yes 1.0 is high...All I have are the next few hours to do anything about it..
