can any body tell me how to stop my tank from going cloudy thanks

yes i do have two plants i feed them twice a day

Type and number of fish in it,
Filter you are using,
How often do you feed the fish,
Do you have plants,

and what are the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels? was your tank properly cycled?
