No it's not too much. In fact it's a little on the low end. You want to aim at around 5 times turn over per hour of water through your filter. This means the water in your tank should go through your filter at least 5 times in one hour.
The filter you have is rated at 303 gph (gallons per hour) and you have a 65 gallon tank.
So take 303gph/65gallons = 4.6 turn over in one hour.
Now take into consideration parasitic loss from filter media and debris in the filter. We can take 4.6(15%) = .07. 4.6-.07 = 4.53 total turn over in an hour. So, it's a little below the standard turn over rate. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
But to answer your question, no it's not too much water movement, even with the aerators. Just make sure the return water from the filter is pointed in a safe direction in the tank.
