Tank backdrop

I attached one of those blue plastic sheets to the back of my tank when i got it, using a bit of water to hold it in place. It has now come away in places and looks untidy.

The tank is now situated almost flush against a wall and has no access to the rear panel. Short of removing most of the water to move the tank, what could i do?

i always get the same problem, if you have only recently set the tank up and theres no fish in id suggest moving it a bit forward so u can acces the back, it one of my biggest problem on my tank, other then taht i cant see any other way since u can access the rear panel to get those pesky air bubbles out. but if u can fit ur hand or a long ruler that goes from side to side, if ya can u might beable to press them out, maybe youill have to add water in it again somehow dunno, hope it helps
