I have a 5 foot tank and stand for sale. It is running with 2 tetra tec filters (700 & 1200) and comes with a stocking of fish as follows;
2 -8" tin foil barbs
4 full size silver dollers
4 full size angle fish (koi, i think?)
1 -6" synodontis cat fish
1 senegal birchir
1 BN catfish.

The tank is in fair condition (a few scratches) and both filters are running well. The light unit is all there but doesn't work!
The fish have been together quite a few years and all get along well. If I cant sell I will be looking to find the fish a new home so would split up the package if no interest in the whole thing.
Tank is a jewel 400 ltr in black. Also have a fair amount of food so every thing for a complete set up.

Hi when would you need it collecting by? I am interested but comming from Birminhgam I need to try and organise transportation for the fish, unless you can sell/re-home the tinfoil, silver dollars and angels, these are the main ones I am worried about transporting.

Can take the silver dollars too, can re-home them straight away to a really fantastic home

Hello,
I haven't got a date for moving yet but Im guessing about 3 weeks!
Haven't really looked into re-homeing the tf barbs on there own as they have shoaled with the silver dollars, but it is a possiblity if I get stuck. I guess re- homeing the angels wouldn't be a problem if you dont want them.

Brill thanks, will talk to hubby again when he gets home see what he can get organised to collect. I have already arragned a home for the cat, bn, dollars & birchir, its just the tinfoil and angels I may struggle putting into one of my tanks (thats if hubby can arrange to collect ). daft question but hubby has insisted I ask, the tank does have the brace bars doesnt it, its just we have bought some recently and the bars are missing

Yes has 2 brace bars. Tank is a few years old but in fair condition for its age.
The stand is solid but a little worn around the edges!

I'll put a message on the notice board at work and maybe a seperate one on here about the tin foil barbs and angels.

Hi when is it convienient for you for us to collect, I gather you are not available during the week. He could possibly come this weekend.

If you can re-home the angels and tin foils by the time we collect brill, if not I have worked out some space to put them.
