Tail problems

blizzard (aka stupid fish that used to stick itself to its filter and tries to eat bubbles) has something wrong with his tail... its like disolving. I dunno what to do i added mela fix hes acting normal (stupid lol) and eating fine i jsut dont know why his tail is going away

cant get one as usual i bring the cam near him and he hides
hes also zipping aroudn like the fraidy cat (fishy) i also dont know whats wrong with fishy
