Weekend just gone my T5`s bust. I thought the bulbs had popped so i bought new ones.. then to find the starter had broken.
I could not fix these as i was unable to break into the main compartment to find out whats wrong.
So instead of paying another £200+ i decided to wire the T5 connecters to a T8 starter.. And they work brilliantly. I also did this to fix my UV sterilizer as that popped because of water leak.. Im so proud.. although, i do hope the light being emitted is at the max..
