IS THERE A T5 LIGHT FIXTURE FOR A 20L REEF TANK, I WAS GOING WITH A COMPACT FLUORESCENT FIXTURE WITH 2X65W. BUT EVERYONE SAID T5 IS BETTER, IS THE T5 LIGHT SOMETHING I HAVE TO MAKE (DIY). I JUST NEED SOME LIGTHING FOR MUSHROOM AND SOFT CORALS , BUTTON POLYPS. FOR WHEN I START MY TANK.

just buy the retrofit kit that has the biggest bulbs to fit your canopy.

Oh and on a side note, no one likes reading caps lock here :)

PC's arent as good as linear t5's, both work, one does a better job.

WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME?

Anyways, a 20gallon long aquarium is 30inches which is a difficult option to consider T5 lghting for cause nobody makes 30" T5 lights ;). Only 24" and 36". Being that as the case, and because a 20L is a shallow tank (only 12" deep), I'd go with a 2x65watt power compact setup.

Yet I wouldn't place my order with whichever company you buy it from in all caps

4 24" T5 tubes would work as well, plus you wont lose as much light with T5 linears as you do with PC's.
