T5 Lighting

I have been seaching the internet for the components needed to make a twin t5 lamp for my tank. I have found the HF ballast and tubes however have not come accross any actual T5 lamp fittings and can obtain the rest but not these fittings

any idea, also as anyone built such a device

if its just the endcaps your after, then the lfs should sell them. if you look for the small tubes which are about 8" long they are T5 size.

I’m now confused about the length of the tubes

I’m sure I have seen 46inch t5 tubes, however most of the fish type tubes max out at 20inchs –

I am going to install a double ballast HF to fit a 60inch tank any ideas on the best way to configure i.e. 2x20inch (39watt) I currently have 4 T8 tubes 2*36 plant and 2* 36 aqua glow tubes?

any help would on tube specs and layout would be really appreciated
