Synodontis Decorus

Think these guys are really cute!

What size tank would I need to keep one?
Are they better in single, or groups?

My tank is 45.5 x 18.5 x 12.5 and is about 140L

Would this be suitable?

S. decorus will grow to over 12", and they are a social fish, which is rather unusual for large Syno's. You need a really large tank to properly maintain a group.
