im my local fish store i can get an angelicus for £70 a pair?are they easy to sex or could i end up with to males or to females?also what are these cats like i no there more nightime fish are they tank cleans,any info be gd thanks

wow that sounds really expensive i just got one about 3 1/2" for £5.95. Not sure about sexing tho...

Selling them as a pair sounds odd, I think they're aggressive loners.

It is possible to sex them by means of venting the fish (read more on PlanetCatfish.com)

£70 for a 'pair' seems alot though.

No way! DO NOT buy a pair!! They are notorious bullies. I have one and he was a total smeg towards my other synos for the brief time they were together. And that price is too high, even for two.
Sexing is actually quite easy in healthy synos. It does tell you how to through that link and prob explains it better then I can. Although I don't pick mine up to find out. Just wait until they swim the tank in front of me.
