Swordtail Problem

Hi,

I am new to this forum. About two weeks ago I noticed that the tail of my male red Swordtail started turning black. Now the tail is completely black. I couldn't find any info about the problem on the Internet, I hope one of you can help me out. Thanks.

this is happening to me too!! except there is just a line of black on the bottom of the tail. maybe it has to do with that he used be a she a couple weeks ago and the recent change brougt this about? let me know what you find out!!! i am also curious because he seems quite healthy
