well we got no peas....so i put some granuals in.....and it didnt really show much interest.....they not been fed for 2 days so i thought it'd dart for the food.....its swimmin a bit higher than usual and isnt as active as usuall
This is what I was afraid of when I saw your original post. Not saying it's dropsy for sure but it sure sounds like it.
Adding antiobitics to his food won't help I guess since he isn't eating. I would try to get him to eat a pea if possible and you might want to treat him with tetracycline or an available anti-internal parasite med if you believe it might be dropsy.
Not in the initial stages, which this sounds like it could possibly be.
It's entirely impossible for me to say for sure sitting behind my computer, teknikz. If I was there, I could tell you instantly but seeing as I can only go by your interpretations I could be wrong so hang in there and see what others think also if you are unsure.
Yea, most definately looks like dropsy to me. I never asked previously and forgot if you mentioned but has it been about 3 days now he's started looking like this?
