Swollen Neon Tetra?

My green neon tetra is a bit swollen and has a dark lump on its belly. I'm wondering if anyone knows what it is or what I should do. I've posted 5 photo's below.

How many have you got? I have no expirence with breeding tetras but it could be gravid

Are they new because when i bought my 2 neon tetras one of them had a lump on their belly but no its gone
