Swollen Eye ?

iv got a silver dollar and its not lookin 2 bad but its got a buldge just above one of its eyes. any idea what this is

This could be a number of things are they any chance of a picture. Oh and before I forget that saif fin in your signature is awsome. I used to have one and it died for some strange reason.....
