Switching Tanks

Hi all! I would be greatfull for some advice if you have any. Ive had the aqua nano 40 for about a year but its proven to be a pain. Nearly all my fish have jumped out of the glass lid. So I have brought a juwel rekord 600. Im moving and I need to switch tanks. Is there any way I can do this without having to leave the tank for weeks with just water in?

As long as you move all the filter media in your current setup to the filter in the new tank (if you aren't actually using your old filter in the new tank) then you will be able to put your existing fish in straightaway (obviously you must match temperatures first and don't forget to acclimatise the fish when you move them over).
