Swim Bladder? Neon Tetras Ill.

hi,

iv noticed for a few days now that when feeding my tank the neon tetras bellies become very swollen and their swimming becomes off balanced and today one had it very severe and couldnt swim very well at all. i was feeding bloodworm today and one that suffered with it more was flowting on the surface and then trying to eat a bloodworm. is it swimbladder? iv read about it a few years back when my dads goldfish suffered with it. but i dont fully remember, ill do some reserch on it. but has anyone got any other ideas on what is wrong?
