the tank?

My dd broke one of her breyer horses today  and I was attempting to fix it. When I opened the superglue it squirted out onto my fingers. I tried nail polish remover and Undu but neither one did the trick so I guess I'll have to wait until it wears off. If it's dry and otherwise clean will it hurt them?

Your hands should be as clean as possible (without the use of soap or cleaning agents)
I wouldn't put your hands in the tank for a while.

Most common brands of super glue contain cyanide, I know as a friend once used it to glue part of his tooth back in  he was off work for a week. [EDIT: Just got a tube out of the cupboard and its main ingredient is cyanoacrylate, look it up, its cyanide]

It's fine, superglue is used to glue corals in place in marine aquariums.
