i am putting feelers out to see if there is any interest in this fish. he is a super red kamalau flowerhorn that was imported from Thailand about 13 months ago from a top breeder. he is very healthy and will eat anything given, his staple is oceanfree XO humpyhead, starry and ever red. he also eats prawn, mussel, algae wafers, prima, peas etc etc etc etc not a fussy eater at all. there are several grades of flowerhorn that you may be aware of and to be honest i doubt you will find a better example, especially in the UK. many people say there FH's are aaa grade and clearly they arent, this one blows all of them away......
unusually for a flowerhorn he isnt aggressive at all!!!! he currently shares his tank with L200's, juvi Ellioti cichlids, threadfin acara and a large gibbi/sailfin pleco. he never bothers them at all and lives happily along side them. his colours are stunning and the pics really dont show them off that well but he is a very strong red/purple with a neon blue/green pattern throughout. as can be seen in the pics he has a huge KOK which is a great part of the flowerhorn fish and lovely long fin extensions.
ill be sad to see him go buti have decided to try and breed my group of L200 and have Ellioti as dithers....
i can deliver locally and i do go to Wharf aquatics quite often so if on the way i could drop him off or even meet there. i would prefer collection so you can see the fish in the tank to appreciate his beauty and to see how he is with other fish.
i will not post this fish so please dont even ask!!!!!
if your after a flowerhorn then you wont beat this for shape, colour and beauty.
this fish would probably sell for £300+, im open to offers around the £250 mark. not a cheap fish by any means and maybe for a true flowerhorn fan. any on here?
