Super Glue? Rubber Cement?

Would it be safe to use either super glue or rubber cement in my aquarium filter? I only need to use a small dab to repair the impeller in my whisper HOB filter.

super glue is ok.

The superglue must only have one ingredient "cyanrolate" but i can never spell it so check that! Anything else on the ingredients list and it may not be safe for aquarium use.
