I bought this statue of a skeleton surfing for my cold water tank and it snapped so my father told me to super glue it back 2 gether so i did and let it stand for 12 hours and put it in milton 2 for 8 hours to adsorb chemicals and then gave it all a rinse and poped it in the tank is this ok has my father killed all my fish??? :-(

You will be fine if the glue is cured. Usually 24 hours or so for super glue.

Hi snotirl

Super glue should be fine. It is used for propagating coral frags, so should be safe for freshwater tanks.

It should be ok, as impur said as long as it is fully cured. I glued a boken piece of plastic decoration together with super glue, let is sit for 24 hours. rinsed the item and dropped it back in the tank. I have had no problems and it has been about 8 weeks at this point.

Should be fine ;)

.....just one more to help put your mind at rest :D

:)

ye i let it sit in water too so it should be ok good
