The SunSun Modular Canister Filter as two versions one without a pump on the outside and the one with a pump SunSun Tech'n'Toy HW-603B. I have the one without the pump. These are very small canister filters that have no media baskets inside only space to fill with sponges as you can see in the picture.
I was using this as a pre-filter to my main canister. I have been using it now for six months.
Pros:
It is small and doesn't take up much space.
Works good as a pre-filter to larger canister filter.
Easy to clean and light to carry.
The version without a pump does not come with any hoses or attachments.
Cons:
To small as a stand alone for larger tanks, might be good for a ten gallon tank.
No trays inside for bio-media.

I am going to have to replace the larger canister filter because the latch broke. I will not use the Sunsun Modular Filter as a pre-filter with my new canister filter. I didn't like how I had to cut the hoses to install the pre-filter as I had before. But this little filter did the job I asked of it. So can't really anything bad about it.
