Evening :good:
I got a small 18x10x10 clearseal tank now lying around that'd fit in my cab just about, the main tanks 125l is having the extra 28 or so ltrs worthwhile doing? I'd use something like a tunze overflow as I dont want to go the the hastle of getting this tank drilled as its full etc! What sized return pump would I be looking at? It's just over 1m (call it 1.5 to be safe) from sump up to the tank!

Thanks in advance
Josh

anywhere from 600lph to 1200 lph or more if you want should be fine mate but you have to match the outlet (to the sump/fuge) flow rate with the return flow rate you could use a ball valve to regulate the return flow

^^In most cases, applying a valve leads to a wet floor. It obviously depends on the method of overflow you apply. An overflow box self-regulates flow, so should not need one :good: this said, they still make your floor wet in a power-cut in many cases...

It is most reliable to drill the tank. This can be done with the stock still in, assuming you have a competent driller doing the work.

All the best
