I'm planning on building a small shrimp rack, six 24*12*15 tanks split evenly over 2 shelves. I want them to run into a sump and was thinking of a 36*12*15 tank. Is this big enough? I'm going to drill the 2ft tanks to overflow into the sump and obviously use a pump to return water to the top of the system. I'm undecided whether I should let the top tanks drain into the middle ones or have all six tanks draining into the sump.

I'm hoping I (or someone who knows what they are doing) can drill the holes in the top 3inches of the 2ft tanks.

Any tips or comments welcome. I've never done this before so I'm reading up as much as I can.
