Substrate Heater

I am setting up my new 75 gallon aquarium. What size of substrate heater will I need?

this is also a planted aquarium. just to let you know and this is why I am asking what size would be sufficient. and any particular brand/make.

I have used UltraTherm undertank mats and Dennerle in substrate heater cables. Honest truth, I have never found either make any difference. I would advise you use your money elsewhere.

I've looked at both of those. I am skeptical about buying one. I don't think I will.
