Subscriptions

Does anyone else have this problem? I used to be subscribed to the Fishless Cycling thread and it seemed that my email notifications of new replies stopped. I never thought a lot about it until today when I created a new thread about my sick betta and set it up as a subscription. I have had several replies but no emails. Is that something we lost on the last "upgrade"?

Just since I started this thread, there have been replies to 2 threads that I'm currently subscribed to and I did not get notification on either.

UPDATE: I found the problem.. As Gmail is a free email service like Yahoo, it is used by lots of spammers. Over the year that I was inactive on the forum, I had received so much spam from the gmail.com domain that I had blocked that entire domain so any emails that were coming from here were blocked and never allowed through. I learned this by swithching the email on my account to my work email and received 2 notifications shortly thereafter.

Hmmm, I wonder if that is why I don't get notification of PM's anymore?
