Subscribed Topics Not Being

Hi I'm subscribed to various topics and not receiving an email notification on any new responses. This is especially the case on items that I am selling... can anyone help ?

If there are no replys to it within 5 days, the subscription gets unsubscribed, this might not be the problem though.

Could be the topic in question I've noticed was commented on in June but I know I didn't get an email on it so the poor guy must have thought I was just rude. I know my spam filter allows TFF email notifications so I'm not sure what happened.

As Tropic Johh says, you are automatically unsubscribed if there is no replies on the topic within 5 days.

Go to My Controls at the top right of your page,

On the menu down the left of the page, under the Subscriptions heading, click View Topics,

If the thread isn't listed, you're not subscribed.

Also, it depends on how you have the notifications set up. If they are anything but "Immediate" then it may not come through at all.

Ok I can understand all the above reasoning but can I give you an example of what happened yesterday ?

I am trying to sell some H. Formosa, the topic was created on the 18th July, someone raised a question yesterday on the topic but I didn't get an email advisement so I checked that I in "Options" at the top of the topic to ensure that I was "tracking" it and it said that I was... but as of today I still haven't had an email or notification that anyone has raised a question or posted a comment.

I checked my profile and it is set for "immediate email notification", this has always been the case and nothing has changed.
