hi all,i have 3 common goldfish in a tank with 4 peppered corys.iv read in various topics that cories prefer sand to gravel as gravel can damage there barbles.what i want to now is whether the sand would be safe for the goldfish aswell.also, the cories spawned for the second time monday afternoon.i managed to save about 20 eggs & put them in a plastic floating breeder tank (within the main tank)because its all i had to hand as the goldfish were eating the eggs as soon as they were placed on the glass.i moved the eggs into there own tank tuesday night but left them in the breeder tank (i tipped it on its side to make sure the air stone can circulate the air).should the eggs now of changed colour or anything if there ferterlised?is it just a wait & see game as to whether any of them hatch?none of the eggs appear to of gone fuzzy or fungused or anything. :) x
