No words. Just watch this. Skip towards the end if you want, but even if you skim it’s still horrible.
Edit: omg. I want to vomit. The whole channel is just fish abuse videos after fish abuse videos…. Is there a way to report the whole channel??

Once you’re done, I would recommend reporting the video for animal abuse. I’m surprised it hasn’t been taken down yet. If this was nearly any other animal except for fish, there was no way this would stand.

Ive seen his channel and actually have posted one of his videos here for everyone to look at... Its insane... Luckily though, I dont think he keeps them... He probably releases them. But if he doesn't, that is a BIIIIG problem. Reporting it for animal abuse won't do a thing cause YT moderators wont see this as "animal abuse" unless its something like a dog or small furry animal

it makes me sick. Also, those are cichlids. I don’t think you can find “wild” cichlids in Florida, can you? If not, releasing them is almost as big a problem as keeping them.

Oh... Ive only seen ones where he catches fish and puts them in ridiculous enclosures... Now that makes me mad that he bought fish to put in there 😡

In this video, he’s pretending to “catch” little cichlids out of a stream or something with a fish and tackle and putting them in this bottle. The thing is, he’s like “YOU CANT FIND THESE IN PET STORES GUYS ONLY FROM THIS STREAM IN FLORIDA” like dude. We all know it’s fake

Wow... The idiocy... "You cant find these in pet stores"... There are a few things wrong with this.... First if he actually caught those from the stream, they couldnt have gotten there without the pet trade. Second of all we all know cichlids are very prominent in the aquarium industry.

It is quite possibly that the cichlids were found in Florida creeks. There are many invasive species in Florida just because the climate suits a lot of animals found in the pet trade.

Doesn't mean they have to be miss treated. I personally don't support this kind of entertainment and will not watch the video simply because it increases the hit count to the site.

That’s a good point, I didn’t think about that mostly because I don’t use an account. I watch signed out, which doesn’t save my history and doesn’t give views to any videos I watch.

This specific youtuber is known for these cruel things. I saw that he put a massive fish in a wading pool. Rainbow gravel, fake plants, no filtration. Full sun.

So irritating... People sadly just don't see fish as an animal to treat the same as any other living thing

Our hobby, with its "let's put it back in the wild in places it has never been" mentality has done a lot of damage. Once it's in a tank, it should never be released, even into its own habitat, without veterinary supervision. Florida is full of aquarium releases that are thriving and destroying native species. If you can't figure basic evolution out or don't 'believe in' it, then I guess it's easy to do these things, but I have seen entire river areas stripped of plants by released aquarium plecos, for example. It is not harmless to do.

I'd like to think it's the hurricanes hitting fish farms that did this, but no. That's a factor, but it's people who think they are being kind.

Idiots like this guy get their hits and maybe their money, and they probably take great pleasure in being called out for it. It's that 'annoying the educated people' we see all over the place. There is money to be made in making people angry.

Animal abuse needs to be banned from YouTube. This is so dangerous!

Florida is a jungle anyways made up of species from all over the world... They have exotic birds thriving, tropical fish, crocodiles, alligators, pythons, and I believe andacondas...

Alot of that so-called wildlife has been dumped there by thoughtless and irresponsible owners who got fed up with their animals or couldn't take care of them properly....pythons are a huge issue in Florida, they are not a native species and they are decimating the animals that are native.
