Stuck In A Filter For 2 Weeks And Lived?

around two weeks ago my Yo Yo Loach went missing,
i thought he had jumped while doing a water change or something like that un noticed.
untill today.
i was cleaning out my filter and i see this jet like thing zoom out.
he's alive!
no cuts/bruises etc!
he was my smallest, so i dont blame him,
just wanted to share

Intresting, how big is the fish in general? And what type of filter are you using, does the sucker haver have a strainer?

Yes, he looked abit starved when he came out,
he's under an inch long, but doing well now

Intresting, When I first got my 5 gallon VIA AQUA a long time ago I remember it had a Aqua Clear 200 on i, I had 1 tetra in it and one day it got lost. So I got a flash light and behold it was right under the filter sponge. Amazing

I seem to remember reading a story about someone who lost a neon or a cardinal once; they took everything out of the tank and couldn't find it, so put it down to one of those things. Then, a while later (months rather than weeks) they were completley stripping down their tank, removed the gravel and lifted off the plastic UGF, and there it was, alive but with its colours very much washed out and looking the worse for wear!

Its amazing what some fish can survive - glad to hear yours was ok DD, yo-yo's are amazing fish!
