Striped Raphael

This is a pretty quick question.

I have a 20 US gallon aquarium. Right now there's nothing in it. Can I put a striped raphael in it? Chances are it would only have one or two tankmates; I might just pair it up with an Aftican butterfly fish. The raphael should grow to around 6.4 inches.

Would he be OK in the 20 gallon?

Raphaels are social fish and need at least two buddies to be happy, as they get to quite large sizes then no, 20g is too small even for one.
