my next door neighbour has had 3 fish die of ICH i know its the stress problem because we've done all sorts of tests and everythings fine im wondering is their some sort of remedy you can use to calm the fish?

A lot of it depends on the fish. Some fish are very susceptible to ich. Black Mollies can get ich quite easily. Sometimes a little salt added to the tanks can help but only some fish can tolerate salt, scaleless fish like cory cats will die if any salt is added. Sometimes a slightly warmer temperature can help. Lots of water changes are always a good idea.
