Strange White Flea Looking Fella's?

Hi, have just noticed some strange white flea looking sucka's on both glass end of the tank. They are white and about 1.5mm long, look like they have a tiny tail?

Any idea what they are?

Those are cool becouse they start out like that and than turn into fish food! I don't know the name of them but they do provide little treats for your fish.unless there fleas!

Nice one, done a bit of reading and I think they are called Copepod
