Strange Parrots At Lfs

ok so I just came back from my lfs and I noticed the blood parots were only 10$ reg. 25$
so then I noticed that they were only an inch long but they were brown and had black spots and strips almost like the body of a firemouth or a keyhole and there cheeks were realy puffed up
so what the heck are they
they looked better than those red ones tho!?!?!?
