Strange Looking Things

does anybody know what these strange looking ball things are there are dark red with little spots on them but they look trasparent

i have the same thing. some of them are flatter looking red things like fungus growing off the side of a tree.

i think they're some type of macro algae. some kind of bubble algae maybe?

It is indeed a bubble algae imo Botryocladia skottsbergii

get yourself a sharp instrument, and dig slightly under into the rock and remove. Some urchins are believed to eat young bubble algae along with Rabbitfish.

So, get it out, before it spreads!

to be honest they look quite nice unlike the green bubble algae that tend to overrun your tank and detach themselves from rocks. but i guess pest algae are pest algae lol
