Stocking proceedures

I have a question.....what is the best way to stock my 100 gal I cant seem to get anything to live but bottom feeders and damsels..... I am afraid to add anything right now but when I do start again, what fish should I try next?

Are you referring to your saltwater tank? If so, you'd want to post the question in the saltwater forum.

Have some sort of plan as to what sorts of fish you want to keep, and add slowly. It should take a long time to stock a 100 gallon tank (...and heresmike is probably right, ought to be in saltwater forum....)
