ive now got a red cap and a black moor
5 white cloud minnows 2 apple snails
in a 15g tank

just not sure what else to put in my tank
pls help new at this

One red cap oranda fish should only be in that tank, you are overstocked, you will have to see if the lfs will take the others back if you wan't to keep the blackmoor with the red cap you will have to get a bigger tank in the near future, goldfish are big waste producers and need an excellent filter to cope with there waste.
The rule for goldfish is one first goldfish 20gal and then 10gal for another one.

You need at least 10 gallons per goldfish, I'm afraid. I know if The-Wolf comes on soon, he'll say 20 for 1 goldy and 10 for each other one.

meet hanako

so if you want to keep your fancy goldfish healthy you will need a huge tank!

My little brother walked in just as I was looking at that pic. His first comment:

"It looks like the fish version of Fat Bastard!"

Little Austin Powers freak

Good god, that thing would need a lot bigger tank than a twenty... I wonder how old it is?

she was the only oranda that grew as quickly as the koi so they put her with them and yes she is fed a special diet, but what that is i dont know.

Here's another pic of a huge goldie:

I would reccomend atleast a 30 gallon tank, then give each goldfish 10 gallons each.
