Have you checked the bottom of your shoe?
I have a cousin who is 3 years old and has a 5 gallon fish tank. It hasn't been set up for awhile but he would really like to put some funny and colorful fish in it. he likes bettas but it has to have lots of color. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe:

-4 pygmy cories
-1 Betta
-one male guppy
-one female guppy

Is this okay? I can always take the guppy fry home with me. =)

Yeah, no guppies and even if you could, they are best in a male:female ratio of 1:2, cos the male chases the females. Go with the betta and the cories, though.

if u want other fish in that are quite small dont get a betta because they r quite aggresiv especialy the males!!!!!!!!!!!! but bettas are very cute and colourful every single last one of them!!!!!!!!

With the betta and the cories you could add a ghost shrimp or two, but the betta may or may not decide to eat them...

You'd be over-stocked with guppies, the cories AND the betta anyway.
