stocking levels

i currently have a 20 l us gallons with the current stock
7 zebra danios
4 neons
2 german blue rams
1 clown loach at 1 inch that will be moved at 3 to 4 inch

I want to add
2 more neons
2 coolie loaches

Could it work or is it just to much
I have an emperor 400 and i do water changes twice a week if that helps

If you clean up twice a week, it should be fine. Actually, you might want to get a few more neons, since they are rather fun-to-watch additions.

sand i switched it because i knew the clown would love it. how many more neons?

2 more neons as wilder said, three would be better.

Just get that new tank for the clown ASAP as they prefer a group of 4 +. And the kuhliis prefer a group of four or more.
