Stocking Help For 17G?

Heya, it's been a while.
 
I have a 17g tank with 6 Glowlight Tetra and 1 survivor Neon Tetra (the only survivor of a white spot plague) as I had to merge my last two remaining tanks. I was wondering if I had enough space to increase the amount of Neon's to get the minimum up.

I think that there would be enough space to add 5 more neons, but after that.....
I'm not sure, but I think you would be close to, if not fully stocked.

That's what I needed to know. I really can't set up another tank right now so that really helps ^^
