i was wondering if you guys have any suggestions as to what i could add
\ im thinking about a center piece fish or a small shoaling cory/barb/tetra so please reply. i would prefer if they were hardy and forgiving for begginner mistakes and dont have any speacial requiruments (bad spelling)

i plan on keeping temp. around 77 F and ph at 7.4

Barbs, not so much, tetras, perhaps but you already have some fish that will hang together and roam the top/middle of the tank in the Danios, so I'd say either a centerpiece or Corys.

If you do Corys, be mindful of the temperature as 77 is warm for them, and also either sand substrate or very smooth gravel is necessary for them.

Peppered Cory (http://www.planetcat...?species_id=271) would certainly love the cool (18-20C) water with a nice current that should be provided for your Zebra Danios, perhaps with a Florida Flagfish (http://www.seriously...floridae&id=199) as "centre piece" (might even get away with a pair) as long as there is not too much water current.

Edit: 77F (25C) is way too warm for Zebra Danios as their regular temp, http://www.seriouslyfish.com/profile.php?genus=Danio&species=rerio&id=206 , you will "burn" them up way shorter than their normal lifespan, not to mention they will eat more and excrete more waste.

typo i ment that it would be at 73 F srry about that

also i have smooth gravel

and would it be possible to have 3-4 small cories and a 2-3 in. center piece with the danios

if this is a can do then i will do as many water changes as needed to keep them gappy
